Ancak,&nbsp;<strong>EU PAZARI<\/strong>\u2018na y\u00f6nelik ticarette \u00e7ok s\u0131k\u0131 bildirim ve takip y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerini ba\u015flat\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Chemreg<\/em>&nbsp;olarak, Avrupa\u2019ya ihracat yapan \u00fcreticilerimizin g\u00fcmr\u00fcklerde ve m\u00fc\u015fteri denetimlerinde sorun ya\u015famamas\u0131 i\u00e7in a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckleri h\u0131zla yerine getirmesini tavsiye ediyoruz:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>E\u015fyalarda %0.1 Baraj\u0131 ve SCIP Bildirimi:<\/strong>\u00a0\u0130hra\u00e7 etti\u011finiz bir nihai \u00fcr\u00fcn (article), a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k\u00e7a\u00a0<strong>%0.1\u2019den fazla<\/strong>\u00a0SVHC maddesi (\u00f6rne\u011fin n-hekzan) i\u00e7eriyorsa, bu durumu Avrupal\u0131 m\u00fc\u015fterilerinize (REACH Madde 33 kapsam\u0131nda) beyan etmek ve \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fcz\u00fc ECHA\u2019n\u0131n\u00a0<strong>SCIP Veritaban\u0131na<\/strong>\u00a0kaydettirmek zorundas\u0131n\u0131z.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kritik 6 Ay Kural\u0131:<\/strong>\u00a0Listeye yeni eklenen bu maddeleri i\u00e7eren \u00fcr\u00fcnleri AB\u2019ye ihra\u00e7 eden \u015firketlerin, 4 \u015eubat 2026 tarihinden itibaren en ge\u00e7\u00a0<strong>alt\u0131 ay i\u00e7inde (4 A\u011fustos 2026\u2019ya kadar)<\/strong>\u00a0ECHA\u2019ya resmi bildirimde bulunmalar\u0131 yasal bir zorunluluktur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>G\u00fcvenlik Bilgi Formu (SDS\/GBF) G\u00fcncellemeleri:<\/strong>\u00a0Bu maddeleri Avrupa pazar\u0131na tek ba\u015f\u0131na veya bir kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m i\u00e7inde ihra\u00e7 eden firmalar\u0131n, \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin G\u00fcvenlik Bilgi Formlar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fcncel REACH (EU 2020\/878) standartlar\u0131na g\u00f6re acilen revize etmeleri gerekmektedir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>AB Eko-Etiket Etkisi:<\/strong>\u00a0Form\u00fcl\u00fcnde SVHC maddeleri bulunan \u00fcr\u00fcnler, Avrupa Birli\u011fi Eko-etiket (Ecolabel) standartlar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layamaz ve mevcut \u00e7evre dostu sertifikalar\u0131n\u0131 kaybedebilirler.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u0130hracat operasyonlar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n yasal engellere tak\u0131lmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in tedarik zincirinizin SVHC kontrollerini, SCIP veri taban\u0131 bildirimlerinizi ve SDS g\u00fcncellemelerinizi sertifikal\u0131&nbsp;<strong>Kimyasal De\u011ferlendirme Uzman\u0131<\/strong>&nbsp;kadromuza emanet edebilirsiniz.
